Emma Mellinger, P.E. - Professional Engineer
Emma started Category 5 in January 2004 and has not looked back since.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey (UK), and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University (go Owls!).  She earned her professional license in 1997.   
Mildred Elbooz - Structural Engineer
Mildred holds a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering from Politechnical University, Cluj-Napoca (Romania).  She has been a key team leader at Category 5 for over five years, providing essential structural design services with unparalled attention to detail.
Amanda Stoliker - Engineering Assistant
Amanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Liberty College, and over five years of tecnical experience with Category 5.  She is the point person for Building Permit Assistance, and can calculate an ASCE 7-10, 2017 FBC-compliant wind load with her eyes closed and one arm tied behind her back.
